Need for practical training

Contracts are the foundation for any business transaction, big or small. Drafting a contract carefully and professionally can save or earn a lot in terms of time, energy, cost and goodwill. Any lawyer, CA, CS, entrepreneur or manager involved in a business transaction must know good drafting skills.

However, our law institutes cannot train students professionally with limited time at their disposal and the rush to ‘complete course’ and conduct exams.

Contract drafting / reviewing skill is one of the most important traits of any professional and can hardly be overemphasised – be it practising in a court, working with a law firm or a company.

IALM and Corp Comm Legal are pleased to offer an intense and interesting 1-day Workshop on “Excellence in Contract Drafting” to impart practical training to participants.
